What's the difference between buying or renting licenses?
Purchasing licenses: one-time purchase that grants you perpetual licenses, ensuring lifetime access without expiration. It also includes one year of updates and support.
Renting licenses: monthly or yearly subscription that provides access to all features, along with continuous updates and support. However, since you don’t own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.

Can I buy with a purchase order?
Yes, please send us a purchase order (PO) by mail at sales@tsplus.net and we will send you an invoice with instructions.
In your mail, please include:

Are the licenses permanent?
When buying licenses: Yes, your TSplus Remote Access licenses are permanent and will never expire. You can use them without any time limitation.
When renting licenses: No, rented licenses are not permanent. Since you don’t own the licenses, access is only available while your subscription remains active.
On how many servers can I install a license?
One license (Edition or Bundle) is valid for one server only.
If you need to use this software on several servers, you will have the opportunity to select the number of licenses on the checkout page.
Note: In this case, most of our customers select the Enterprise Edition or Enterprise Edition PLUS which include the farm manager and gateway features to easily access and manage their farm of servers.
Does the price includes tax?
Depending on where you live, local taxes may apply and will be added to the total price during the checkout process.
In this case, you'll be able to enter your tax ID (VAT/GST/etc.) on the last step of the checkout.
Does the price includes the Updates and Support services?
When renting licenses: updates and support are included as long as your subscription remains active.
When buying licenses: the first year of Updates and Support is included. During checkout, you will have a chance to select 2 or 3 years instead.
In this case, the fee for these services are a percentage of the license price: - One year: 21% of license price - Two years: 18% of license price per year - Three years: 15% of license price per year
That’s why we recommend selecting 3 years to maximize your savings in the long term.
Can I get support to deploy my TSplus software?
Yes, you will find all the information you need in our knowledge base, our user guides and the deployment support emails that you will receive. TSplus remote desktop access software are easy to deploy, but if you still face difficulties, our support team will be happy to help you.
I already bought a license, where can I manage it?
If you already bought a license, you can upgrade/renew or manage it on this page.
Should I choose an Edition or a Bundle?
A Bundle contains everything in the Edition + our other software products and their add-ons for almost the same price as the Edition.
If you buy all these software products independently, it will be much more expensive.
That’s why we strongly recommend choosing a Bundle to maximize your savings and discover all our software products.
Can I have a discount?
As displayed on this page, we offer a discount based on the selected number of users. The more users you select, the bigger the discount.
And for a maximum discount, our bundles include a huge discount. It’s much cheaper compared to buying each software and add-on independently.
How to buy the Two-Factor Authentication add-on alone?
For TSplus Remote Access Subscription, how many users should I assign to my server to get an "Unlimited" license?
If 1 to 49 users are assigned to a server, access is limited to the number of assigned users.
Once 50 users are assigned, the license is considered “Unlimited”, allowing more than 50 concurrent users to connect. At this point, the only limitation is the capacity of the host server itself (CPU, RAM, etc.).
👉 You do not need to assign more than 50 users to benefit from the "Unlimited" license.
